SB237, s. 318 Section 318. 940.225 (3) of the statutes is amended to read:

SB237,102,24 940.225 (3) Third degree sexual assault. Whoever has sexual intercourse with a person without the consent of that person is guilty of a Class D G felony. Whoever has sexual contact in the manner described in sub. (5) (b) 2. with a person without the consent of that person is guilty of a Class D G felony.

SB237, s. 319 Section 319. 940.23 (1) (a) of the statutes is amended to read:

SB237, s. 320 Section 320. 940.23 (1) (b) of the statutes is amended to read:

SB237,103,8 940.23 (1) (b) Whoever recklessly causes great bodily harm to an unborn child under circumstances that show utter disregard for the life of that unborn child, the woman who is pregnant with that unborn child or another is guilty of a Class C D felony.

SB237, s. 332 Section 332. 940.29 of the statutes is amended to read:

Any person in charge of or employed in a penal or correctional institution or other place of confinement who abuses, neglects or ill-treats any person confined in or a resident of any such institution or place or who knowingly permits another person to do so is guilty of a Class E I felony.

SB237, s. 333 Section 333. 940.295 (3) (b) 1g. of the statutes is amended to read:

(2), whoever by force or threat of imminent force seizes, confines or restrains a person without the person's consent and with the intent to use the person as a hostage in order to influence a person to perform or not to perform some action demanded by the actor is guilty of a Class A B felony.

Whoever intentionally disarms a peace officer who is acting in his or her official capacity by taking a dangerous weapon or a device or container described under s. 941.26 (1) (b) or (4) (a) from the officer without his or her consent is guilty of a Class E H felony. This section applies to any dangerous weapon or any device or container described under s. 941.26 (1) (b) or (4) (a) that the officer is carrying or that is in an area within the officer's immediate presence.

(1) (b) to cause bodily harm or bodily discomfort to a person who the actor knows, or has reason to know, is a peace officer who is acting in an official capacity is guilty of a Class D H felony.

SB237,109,18 941.26 (2) (g) Any person who violates sub. (1) (b) regarding the use of the bomb, grenade, projectile, shell or container under sub. (1) (b) during his or her commission of another crime to cause bodily harm or bodily discomfort to another or who threatens to use the bomb, grenade, projectile, shell or container during his or her commission of another crime to incapacitate another person is guilty of a Class E H felony.

(a) during his or her commission of another crime to cause bodily harm or bodily discomfort to another or who threatens to use the device or container during his or her commission of another crime to incapacitate another person is guilty of a Class E H felony.
